Please read these terms carefully before placing any orders for products on our Site.

1. Agreement Conditions

1.1 Compliance with Laws

As a condition of accessing and using the Site and our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Permitted Use of Site Content

You may use the Site and services only for your personal, private use. You agree that:

  • You will not copy, reproduce, download, republish, sell, distribute or resell any services, text, images, graphics, video, audio, files, databases, listings or other content available on the Site (“Site Content”);
  • You will not copy, compile or use Site Content to operate a competing business or for any other commercial exploitation without our written permission.

Automated or systematic scraping, retrieval or collection of Site Content (using robots, spiders, crawlers or manual processes) to build a separate database, directory or collection is prohibited without written approval from Headeer. Any use of Site Content not expressly permitted under these Terms is forbidden.

1.3 Privacy Policy

You must read our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, store and use your personal data. You consent to our processing of your personal information in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

1.4 Third‑Party Websites

The Site may contain hyperlinks, banners, API integrations or other links to third‑party websites. We recommend you review the terms and privacy policies of those external sites before using them. Headeer has no control over third‑party websites, does not monitor them, and accepts no responsibility or liability for their content, products or services.

1.5 System and Network Security

You agree not to take any action that compromises the security or integrity of Headeer’s computer systems, networks, or the systems of other users, and you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to such systems.

1.6 Feedback and Review Integrity

You agree not to manipulate our review or feedback system. This includes creating fake positive feedback for yourself using alternate accounts or third parties, or posting unsubstantiated negative feedback against other users.

2. User’s Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration

Certain services require you to register for an account. Unless approved by Headeer, one person may only maintain one registered account. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably suspect you are operating multiple accounts. We also reserve the right to reject any registration application for any reason.

2.2 Account Information

When you register, you will receive a User ID and create your own password. Your account may include limited webmail functionality. By registering, you consent to Headeer storing and processing your information in line with our Privacy Policy.

2.3 Account Security

Your User ID and password are unique to your account. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential and secure. All activity performed under your account is deemed authorised by you. You may not share, assign or permit others outside your own business entity to use your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access or a security breach involving your account.

2.4 Activity Under Your Account

All actions taken under your account — including posting product information, accepting additional agreements, subscribing to or paying for services, and sending emails via your account — are treated as authorised by you.

2.5 Multiple Account Use and Indemnity

Sharing your account or allowing multiple people to use your account may cause harm to Headeer or other users. You agree to indemnify Headeer, its affiliates, directors, staff and agents against any losses or damages (including lost profits) arising from shared or unauthorised account use. If you fail to secure your account, Headeer is not liable for resulting losses and may suspend or terminate your account without liability to you.

2.6 Accuracy of Registration Data

You warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate, true, lawful and belongs to you. You are solely responsible for the correctness of your submitted details. Headeer will not be liable and will not provide compensation for problems caused by incorrect information you provide.

2.7 Order Cancellation

You may contact our support team to cancel your order only before it is dispatched. Headeer also reserves the right to cancel an order for operational or business reasons, with prior notice to your account. Once a parcel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded. After delivery, our Return & Refund Policy applies.

2.8 Newsletter Subscription

You may choose to subscribe to or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, including during registration.

2.9 Service Suspension or Termination

Headeer reserves the right to suspend or terminate all or part of our services temporarily or permanently at any time for business reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of these Terms, or unacceptable or unreasonable comments and conduct that harm our brand reputation.

2.10 Complaints

If you have concerns or complaints about our service, please contact us first at service@headeer-europe.com. You also retain the right to submit a complaint to relevant official authorities. We ask that you contact us first so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue before you escalate to third parties.

3. Conditions Of Use

3.1 Limited Licence

You may temporarily download one copy of materials from this Site for personal, non‑commercial, temporary viewing only. This is a licence, not a transfer of ownership. Under this licence you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials;
  • Use materials for commercial purposes or public display (commercial or non‑commercial);
  • Decompile or reverse‑engineer any software on the Site;
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices from materials;
  • Transfer materials to others or mirror them on another server.

This licence automatically ends if you breach any of these restrictions and Headeer may terminate it at any time. When you stop viewing the materials or when the licence ends, you must delete all downloaded copies in your possession, whether electronic or printed.

3.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials on this Site are provided “as is”. Headeer makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement of intellectual property rights. Headeer does not guarantee the accuracy, expected outcomes or reliability of any materials on the Site or linked external websites.

3.3 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Headeer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including loss of data, lost profits or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, materials on this Site, even if we have been advised orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you in those regions.

3.4 Revisions and Errors

Materials published on the Site may contain technical, typographical or photographic errors. Headeer does not warrant that content is accurate, complete or up to date. We may modify Site content at any time without prior notice and we do not undertake an obligation to update published materials.

3.5 External Links

Headeer has not reviewed all third‑party websites linked from our Site. We are not responsible for the content of any linked site. A link on our Site does not mean we endorse that website. You access external linked sites entirely at your own risk.

3.6 Changes to Terms of Use

Headeer may revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site after changes are published, you accept the updated version of these Terms.
